This guide outlines the steps you need to follow to set up your store, upload your products, and understand how payments work on our platform.

1. Getting Set Up

Registering Your Account

To access your vendor dashboard and begin setting up your store, you must first register a new vendor account using the seller registration link provided to you.
Once registered, you’ll be able to log in and manage your store through the backend system.

If you haven’t received your seller registration or login links, please email honk@gooseygoo.ie and a member of our team will assist you.

Uploading Products

There are two options for adding your products to the marketplace:

Option A – Manual Upload
You can upload products manually through your vendor dashboard.
This allows you to control your product images, titles, descriptions, pricing, and inventory directly.

Option B – CSV Upload via Our Team
If you have an existing product database, you can export it as a .CSV file and email it to honk@gooseygoo.ie.
Our team will upload the products for you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for completion.

Store Branding Assets

To complete your store setup, please email the following files to honk@gooseygoo.ie:

  • A PNG version of your brand logo
  • A banner image for your storefront (recommended size: 1920x600px, in JPG or PNG format)

2. Payment Schedule

Initial Payment Cycle
All new vendors are placed on a back month payment cycle to allow time for any refunds or returns.
Your first payment will be issued in the month following your first complete month of sales.

Ongoing Monthly Payments
After the initial cycle, payments will be made on the first Monday of every month.
Each payment reflects the net amount from the previous month, minus any returns or platform deductions.

Account Setup
Ensure your bank account details are correctly entered in your vendor dashboard to avoid any payment delays.
You will receive a breakdown of your sales and payout details each month.
